Contract Exchange: Governing fair and transparent contracts, protecting deposits, and providing accurate information about property availability.

Handover & After Sales: Setting standards for handover, providing maintenance and living information, and ensuring health and safety.

Complaints & Disputes: Offering access to a clear, independent, and low-cost dispute resolution service for any concerns that may arise.

Code Requirements

As part of our commitment to the Consumer Code, we provide the following:

Accessibility: The Code is available for free, in written format, to any customer interested in purchasing a new home. You can easily access it on our website and through any software applications we use.

Commitment to the Code: Our dedication to the Consumer Code is visibly displayed in all public areas where we sell homes. This includes our show homes, sales offices, and any agents working on our behalf.

Vulnerable Customers: We recognise the importance of supporting vulnerable customers, and we adhere to the Code’s guidance to ensure they receive the necessary assistance during the home buying process.

Code Materials: We display the Code logo on our website, in sales brochures, and within our sales offices. You will also find the Code Member Certificate and other marketing materials in public areas where we sell new homes.

Guide for Buyers: We provide the “Guide for Buyers of New Homes” to every potential buyer. This guide is available in both printed and electronic formats, and can be downloaded or sent via email.
